I Asked David McDonald to file an insurance claim on a rare incident. Even though I insisted, He said it was not necessary as the company supposedly would not cover such incidents. It was only after a lawsuit costing me tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket, I found out my insurance would have covered my costs. Just absolute negligence on his part.
