I've worked with Jeff on many occasions over the last five years. He has by far been the best inspector to work with both as a realtor and for my clients. He's professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and ask questions. I will continue to work with him and refer him to others. Five stars!

Jeff was personable during the inspection, though his contact excluded him from responsibility for just about anything that was not visible without touching or moving items. Further his contract limits his liability to the cost of the inspection. That clause is allowed in CA, but not required. When we stepped into the shower we noticed a distinct hole into the wall cavity near the valve. He didn't spot it or include it in the report. When this was pointed out to him he basically said "not my fault." Claiming "I can't catch everything" and did nothing to address the problem. Despite the fact that obvious problems up the cost of inspection should be covered.
