We hired LNL for dry rot repair and painting. The project was bigger than I expected and I had lots of questions throughout the process. Landon was always patient, answering all my questions and concerns so that I was comfortable and confident with the project. Landon and his crew were polite, professional and experts at their craft. LnL was recommended, for dry rot repairs, by the painter I contracted with. I spoke with Landon (owner), he was friendly, professional, and was able to inspect my home within a couple of days after my initial contact. The inspecton was completed in a timely manner and he was able to address additional concerns and identify the cause of a leak which was the result of roof/flashing issues. I received the quote with two days. I contacted two additional companies for estimates. One company indicated the price estimate was I received was a good price and he could not beat it. The second company said I would receive an estimate within two days.....I waited five before contacting them (left three messages before I received a call back) from that time it was still another five days before I received the estimate. Once received, it was $100 cheaper but that was not enough to make up for the lack of customer service, not to mention how long it would be before they could do the work. I checked a couple of references, both had nothing but good things to say about LnL. Needless to say I went with them. The estimated time for completion was 2 1/2 days. Each day the crews showed up on time, they were friendly, professional, and did a great job. Unfortunately, while working on a section of the roof they identified additional damage that required more work, and more money (obviously not their fault). Landon provided pictures so I could see exactly what was found, and answered all of my questions, I had no concerns that I was being misled. In the end, even with the extra work, the job was completed in the time frame originally given. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
