such a horrible experience with this paradise floral company. please be very careful when you using your credit card with this company. thy did fraud to my credit card already. never ever use them again. Please just be careful. i tried calling Kathy the owner of paradise she is so rude and very unprofessional hanged up my call couple times i called her.

Kathy was awesome. It was a last last minute request to make an arrangement for my girlfriend and it worked out beautifully and she was awesome. I will never use anyone in this area but her. I was driving from San Francisco to Elk Grove and I ordered it on the phone, she did the arrangement with no hesitation. I am so appreciative for her fast response, beautiful flower arrangement and the payment coordination. She is awesome.

Before ordering through them, do your research. They work from home. I ordered flowers for my mom for this last Sunday, Mothers Day & when I had spoke to a lady names Cathy early that week, she said that the flowers will get delivered in the morning. Come Sunday, it was 8pm & my order was still not delivered to my Mothers house. I gave her a call and she said that it is out for delivery and will call/text when delivered. I also informed her she said they would be delivered in the morning & she replied that they have until 8pm to deliver it. So, then, it was 9pm, flowers were still not delivered!! My sister and I called her multiple times and she ignored our calls. I then messaged her. She finally messaged back and calls to say her husband is on his way to take them to the address. Flowers were delivered 9:30pm!! Thank god someone was awake to even open the door to take them! Then to top it off, the flowers did not look like the flower arrangement on the website!!! It looked so cheap and trashy! The only good thing is she called to offer free coffee or even a free arrangement. Nope. Wont be ordering from here again!
