As a resident of Elk Grove, I just called the Law Office of Stephen T. Hodge's to see if he was available on weekends for my wife and I to schedule an appointment for Estate Panning services. The receptionist who answered the phone said she didn't know what the attorney's hours were. Period. End of sentence. She didn't even offer to take my information and call me back with an informed answer. I was shocked and didn't feel like my business was going to be appreciated (to say the least) or that it would be comfortable working with this firm. I then called Michael A. Sawamura, Attorney at Law, in downtown Sacramento and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and professional.She gave me all the information I asked for and took my information to have the attorney contact me to schedule an appointment and I know I'll feel much more at ease working with them (and the attorney is more than willing to schedule appointments on Saturdays to accommodate clients).
