        I’m 8 months pregnant to start. Been with Verizon for 6 years. Great service, willing to pay more for better service. I go into this location to see about upgrading Hubby and my phones. Told me they couldn’t accommodate me (i needed to use a restroom) and made me go next door as I can clearly see their restroom and other customers coming and going. Very disappointed 😔

        Manager is a gentleman and he will listen and take care of any issues with your account. There are plenty of retail shops and good restaurants next door however the parking lot is full after 10:00 am. So, you’ll have better luck if you show up after 4pm or so. The one guy who services curbside is very rude and unprofessional so you might want to avoid him at curbside lot.
