Now, they represent the neighbor who has defamed my character, trespassed on my property, had me falsely arrested, and sued me. Guenard & Bozarth came highly recommended by a family member after I informed her that it was taking awhile to get clarification on certain terms within a retainer agreement a previous law firm was requiring me to sign making me a little uncomfortable. My initial conversations with Mr. Guenard were very cordial in which we spent more time engaging in small talk about our back grounds leaving me with the impression that I was dealing with a genuinely nice guy which was a good thing. They were always straight and to the point and provided me with regular updates throughout the eight months it took to settle my case. Everything happened exactly as they said it would with no surprises. You cannot go wrong with these guys.
