        The reviews are spot on. Sam has gone above and beyond. Squeezed us in on 100+ day and fixed the issue without delays. He even utilized his time, saving us more costs by cleaning the system and checking all our levels while he waited for system reboot. Not to mention our unit is on the roof, which in hot weather techs, won't go up there! We are recommending him to family and to all out there. He is an outstanding professional.
