        Great service, great energy. 20+ year local business, servicing Lake Forest well. I've been going here for years, and have only ever had excellent service. Don't know what the negative reports are from, but never been my experience with this establishment.

        EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE SOMETHING IS WRONG. Today they weren't doing Amazon returns. another day I went, they couldn't process credit cards. Another day, their USPS tracking system was down. This is insane. This place is located right next to my work, and it is very inconvenient having such a terrible UPS store. The excuse I hear everytime is that a "system is down" of some sort. Do you know how inconvenient this is? Please, if the manager is reading this, do something!!
