Kristin is amazing! She is quick, efficient, and awesome at her job! I sent her a video on Saturday and the transcripts were ready on Monday, just like she said they would be. Not being familiar with this process, Kristin was able to tell me what kind of documentation I would need to accompany the transcripts in court. Her experience shone through. Fantastic turnaround, great pricing and she is an expert at what she does. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Kristin Muller was extremely professional, fast, and reliable. Our team was running behind with an important project, and she helped us out by returning our transcripts even faster than the agreed-upon turnaround time. She also took the time to work with our finance department for the extra measures required for vendors by our institution, which she didn't have to do. I would highly recommend her and her company!
