Awful I have asked directv to update my card information but they did not do so they are foreign speaking people who.answer from other country and lie that's illegal and they charged my old card I asked them since.Thursday march 28 and 29 march 30 2024 to update refused and now march account cancelled oh really this is gonna be send to u.s. Congress senator committee with FCC and other means to subpoena directv why other country are answering phone calls from u.s. that is illegal also now DirecTV illegally changed system to reject bank cards and debit oh really wjat a company this is how awful I suggest people move away from directv find someone honest inside u.s.

I gave it a one because there was no zero. This has to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Trust me, steer clear!! Absolutely horrible! They wouldn't even give me the name and telephone number to the regional supervisor or the CEO.

They charge you prices and you can't even watch the channel you want like 8 because y'all can't be adults and negotiate a price but we as consumers still have to pay full price and still not be able to watch what we pay for
