Impact's customer service team, namely Andee, Amanda, Yana, & Jenah, totally deserves a five star. We purchased a 1000-piece puzzle in one of the Yellowstone National Park gift shops. When we finished it, we found out that one piece was missing. My 11-year old daughter and I spent 10+ hours on this puzzle and we would like to frame it and put it in our living room. Magically, after I dropped them an email describing the "crisis" above, within 24 hours, they have confirmed that they will send us the fix. During the pandemic phase, we have heard way too many nonsense excuses. Finally someone gave me a pleasant surprise. I have to be honest, how can I ever invest a good trunk of my quality life with a puzzle from anyone but Impact.

Had a a small issue with a National Park puzzle. Sent an email and their customer service contacted me within 24 hours and did an awesome job making sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend them!

Just posted this review about one of the unfortunate products this company produces. The original review is on the Yelp page for the Seattle Space Needle gift shop. This review is specifically for the Space Needle Mini Building Blocks pictured below. I could not find them easily online, and assume they are made exclusively for this store. What was particularly frustrating about this product is that it was only after a couple hours of assembly (that was by turns overly repetitive and mindlessly arbitrary) that the central flaw became apparent. The three outside arms of the structure are made to connect to the base at an angle, which means they want to slip out of place. If you look closely at the box, you can even see how this design flaw is an intentional aspect of the final build. I can only see how this thing would hold together and stand up properly with glue. It says it's made for ages 7+. Well right now this 39 year old man and his 7 year old nephew are very frustrated with our lost time that has yielded only disappointment. The box also says proudly designed and distributed in the USA. The company is called Impact Photographics. Keep an eye out for that name. Avoid their products at all costs.

I've contacted the company several times and never received a response. Terrible customer service and even worse website. My partner collects their mini blocks. He has over 50 sets and we're in search of a catalog or website to purchase the rest.
