And I'm sorry I can not put less than 1 star.
We were under contract and waiting for the construction of new home in El Dorado Hills (The Oaks at the Promontory) for more than 1 year.
Almost at the end of construction the builder breached the contract, pushed us out of the contract and now selling the same house for 50k more!!!
They were not even trying to find a solution.
BE AWARE! Do not waste your time and money with Renasci Homes/Willows at Treviso/Elms and Oaks at Promontory
They keep changing names!
