When I got to the shop They told me they would be closing early since it was the day before thanksgiving and I would not receive my car until the following Monday ; Which was understandable since it was a holiday and running into The Weekend. Since I had an issue with my car not starting I had my car towed to their shop. I did not want to wait for almost 5 days to get my car back; So I ask if they would be able to just check why it’s not starting. Just in case It could be something very simple. I previously tried to jump start my car but it did not start. However, they tried jump starting the car and it did start. Apparently my battery was completely dead. So he just charged the battery for 30 minutes and my car was okay. I just did not like the fact that he charged me $145 for not doing a full checkup on the car. It was just a jump start and he considered that as being a diagnostic. To me I felt like he was trying to get over.

A great group of honest competent mechanics who make sure the work you need is done properly at a reasonable price. They have worked on all of my cars for the last 12 years. You can’t beat them!

These guys are great! They've been taking care of my 1999 Lexus RX300 for 16 years and it runs great. Really good service.
