        Horrible! This place is always full. No where to sit down. Idk why they schedule so much people. They clearly can't handle so many patients. We waited for more than 3 hrs

        Do not go there. They have no consideration for patient's time. They call to cancel appointments at last minute and then they forget to actually cancel them and blame the patient for not showing up. When I was finally able to go in, they decide they will not see me. No consideration for my time. Staff seems to have a bit of an attitude. First blaming me for not showing up (when they called to cancel) and then for not seeing me. I signed a paper that made me responsible for my bills. I needed to see the doctor. I had money to pay for the visit. Was I asked? No. Your receptionist just decided to turn me away.

        I took my mother to California Retina Associates, she saw Dr. Pons. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. My mother felt very comfortable under his care. His assistant was very nice and caring as well throughout my mothers procedure. The entire experience was pleasant from check in to follow-up appointments. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this office.
