Took my daughter there a few times. At first it was nice but the last appointment it was awful. She ignored my daughter and kept chatting with her assistant. Not once she asked her if she was doing ok. That day Dr. Billings seemed different and rude compared to the other times and the job she did on my daughter's teeth was bad and super painful she cried so much, first time she cried at a dentist. We haven't gone back there ever since and every time we pass by this place she remembers and tells me to never take her there. I don't recommend this place, especially to a loved one.

Dr. Billings is a great dentist. You will never find a more genuine and kind dentist. She is always gentle and great with the kids. She is a very genuine person. The staff is amazing as well! Great people at Dr. Billings office. 10/10. Recommend.

She is amazing with the kids. All her staff, they read stories and make the kids feel very comfortable. This place is 100% kids oriented. My daughter loved it, She is 5 yrs old.  She also got a new tooth brush and at the end of her appointment se got to pick 2 presents from a bunch of small gifts they have for the kiddos. She got a crown and something else I can't remember but recently we got a reminder on the mail and my 5 yr old saw it said we need to go back so she pick her present again. I was impressed she was not afraid at all. You as a parent need to just sit down and don't talk because they know what to do, many times kids behave worse when we as parents are there trying to reasure them. So my advice. Let them do their job, they know what they are doing. If you as a parent can't handle it, then send the other parent lol
