Steve of Chem-Dry Imperial County saved our carpets! In preparation for the Christmas holiday, we decided to have our carpets cleaned. We hired a local steam cleaning company and the result was disastrous. The company left a ton of water in the carpets and we had to place fans throughout the house to dry them. The following day, I called Steve of Chem-Dry, explained our situation, and he came out that day to look at the carpets and give us an estimate. He was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the cleaning process with us and gave us a fair estimate. We scheduled the cleaning with him before he left! He came out two days later and cleaned our carpets. The result was: WOW! Just when I thought we would need new carpets, Steve of Chem-Dry left them looking brand new. Steve with Chem Dry has cleaned my home and office for 10 years or more. He is prompt, efficient and capable of getting pet stains or kid messes out every time.
