Adam is a terrible employee, he doesn't know anything about cars. Needs attention in customer service. For years I have preferred Oreillys over the competition. No more oreillys do not respect guarantees and try to look for any detail to not make the guarantee valid. But as I mentioned Adam is his discretion. And on the phone giving a quote to his colleague, telling him to come to the store to offer him a better price. Disappointing as I am not known only one client, their criteria must depend on that.

Staff is helpful, but a lot of the better staff has moved to the location on Imperial ave. The staff currently at this location is helpful, but understaffed or hiding in the back. Expect longer lines and wait times at peak hours. I stay away from the Zone because wait times are ridiculous. On a few occasions, I had the Zone flashbacks. Super long line and wait times. Definitely not what it used to be, but the other location isnt close to me. Better than the Zone? Sure. Could they be more organized and at the register to move the line? Yes. Definitely reed to up the game because online ordering through other vendors is way more efficient and convenient.
