My son and I flew down to m&m from the Sacramento area to get a truck for his 16th birthday. Jerry was very accommodating because our flight came in early, he was at the lot when got there and ready to go. He honored their warranty even in my area. Great job, my son loves his truck. Thanks Jerry!

Mike Thomas is obviously being paid by Mark...or could Mike be Mark's alter ego??? This guy is a crook and he knows it. How he can use the word "quality" in the company name is beyond me! There is nothing of quality about this guy/dealership. If you look up "slick used car dealer" in the dictionary, you would see Mark's face! The sneaky false expression, the white shoe wearing, fast talking dirty dealing type, who is out for a buck any way he can get it, and sleeps like a baby afterwards. You know the type. Yes, the same type who swindled the Natives out of their land, riddled them with small pox. Yes, I'm sure you have the picture. There is no need for this type of business practices because there are sure fire ways to hurt your future business. People, do not stop, pass this dealership by, research, research, research before giving this man a glance. To boast so boldly that you are so honest and are selling what you consider "quality" cars and then turn and tuck your tail between your legs and hide from a 22 year old purchasing her first car from you is a spineless act and lacks any upstanding character. The world is full of humans taking advantage of other humans and you've obviously been taking advantage for quite some time. You can believe this, I will be sure to use every platform available to me to spread the word about you, your business and your practices throughout San Diego and beyond. And we are not going away, you will fulfill the terms of this deal.

Where to begin lol? I saw a vehicle online, a wk later I made arrangements to check it out. I actually talked to a few people. Everything was fine at first. Jerry was the only one there and he seemed a nice, no pressure type salesman. I explained I was interested in a Jeep. He informed me the Cherokee already had a deposit but the others were available. I had a peek inside and out, and started both. One Liberty was a little rough inside and had greater miles. So I test drove the other one. Upon returning to the lot, we went inside to go over details. I said, "I understand you guys are a small operation but how negotiable is the price, particularly if we're talking cash?" Jerry asked what I was thinking. I said, well the windshield needs replaced for sure, as it right in the driver's line of sight." He got the owner or manager to okay a new windshield and an all cash price matching the other similar vehicle. I asked what their policy on pre-purchase inspections were, and he said as long as it's not from Jeep dealership, they're fine with it. So right there in the office we looked up a AAA approved shop, not 5 miles away. So we made arrangements for him to drop it off early Thursday, I could swing by the shop and pick up the results a few hours later, and return sometime after lunch to talk and possibly finish the cash deal. As we were walking out he went on and on about how honest he and his son are and how they would fix what needed to be done. I even told him I wasn't worried about small cosmetic things such as the missing switch for the sunroof. Well today is Thursday and I reviewed the details of the inspection and there were several problems. The switch and windshield needed fixed, which Jerry and I had agreed to earlier. Listed next are smaller problems: hoses were all original (from '05), battery failed testing (needs replaced), both sun visors loose (needs factory replacement, possibly bolt adjustment in the roof itself), 2 tires missing 1 lug nut each. However, my biggest concern were the tires. Three were 5 years old, while one was 10 years old. That one in particular was ruled unsafe, with a big crack and just 3/32in tread depth. But overall, not too bad for a vehicle it's age...back to the lot I went. When I arrived at little after 1pm, Jerry wasn't there and I don't even know or care what that guy's name was. Fact is, he was a total douche. First of all, he's at his desk eating, while chewing and speaking with his mouth open. He also had a woman (wife, girlfriend presumably?) sitting right next to us, also eating...so right off the bat, totally unprofessional. Anyway, he said he "knew all the information about the possible sale" because he spoke to Jerry. Yet he was adamant the price was non-negotiable. I mentioned we already struck a deal, pending the inspection report, and I have a copy. I showed it to him and he acted all surprised saying they never do that and they can't even afford to on this vehicle. Told him, "All I want is new tires (not necessarily the same off-road ones on it) or a discount." Instead of hearing me out, or even negotiating he literally just shook his head and started laughing. Then he tried talking about how much they lowered the price already and how they offered to do the glass so they can't do the tires. I said, "Well there's a bigger issue in the tires. And you can't include the windshield in the discount because that was agreed upon long before the actual price was. He offered to call Jerry, which he did on speakerphone, and he said no as well. At that point I said, "Then we're done here." I took theffect papers & paper copy of my license and proceeded to walk out...I don't appreciate dishonesty from businesses, and especially pretentious jerkslike the other guy. Good luck to anyone attempting to do business there
