Mossy Nissan El Cajon

Been at Mossy in El Cajon twice in the last 5 months with my two Nissans. Both times Oscar helped me. He's very polite & helpful. Taking the time to explain the diagnosis of the vehicles. Making sure I understand. He followed up with emails along with phone calls as the transmission was being replaced. Oscar went beyond my expectations. I worked with Elijah who was very helpful. He was able to find an available discount for my oil change that I didn’t know was available and he was able to get my tire pressure sensor fixed under my warranty that I was also unaware was still active. Great guy that Elijah!

You Guys are a Class Act. On 9/16/21 My wife and I came by not really knowing what to expect . We came home with our Second Mossy Nissan in 18 months. These Guys Stand behind there Product tough.. Not like other Car Companies. That want to give you What ever for your previous purchase. They gave us a amassing trade in price on our FRONTIER. WOW is all I am going to say.
