Kaiser Permanente Bostonia Medical Offices

90% of the time they are cool and helpful. They always get my rolls ready fast if they have stock. The ladies in the lab are really nice too. Been a patient for a couple years now. Pharmacy didnt have enough of my medication in stock but had enough to give me a partial. The girl tech told me to go to another Kaiser where they could fill it OR Give me a partial there. The 2 options were Mission Valley, or Point Loma from EL Cajon! So this pharmacy wasnt willing to but they wanted me to go try these other 2 for a partial. Made no sense to me. The tech was super flustered and visibly annoyed with me just asking questions. She was sighing and shrugging as if I was doing something wrong by asking about my options. I do not appreciate this persons attitude and she has really bad people skills.

Never enough parking. Never enough staff at this location. Sometimes it takes me over a month to get a Doctor's appointment. Your best bet is to go to urgent care first thing in the morning in La mesa. Remember Bostonia pharmacy is now CLOSED on Saturday's I had been seeing over 100 cars every Saturday morning pull in get out the leave. Typical of kiaser cutting costs and nothing changes.

I just needed xray and lab which are conveniently located together. It was easy access. Staff are always pleasant and willing to answer my questions.

Quiet campus, plenty of parking, clean facilities. The security lady was super nice and took me exactly where I needed to go, despite that totally not being her job. Luis the nurse(?) was the sweetest and gentlest immunizer I've ever had. Everyone here had a beautiful energy, so much appreciated :)
