        Can't believe I had to give even "ONE" star. This Verizon and the Santee, CA Verizon are the worst of the worst. Customer service is greeting you at the front door and then looking at you like your stupid. We asked for advise and the jerk just stands there.....finally told my husband he's not going to help and we left. Change to a different carrier. It's not only me but friends and family have left because of the issues with the customer service at these two stores. We stopped in Yuma at the New Verizon and had the most exceptional service we've ever had.

        Been with them since 1996 and wouldn't go anywhere else! May be a little more money but the service is worth it to me. On the phone, in person, whichever, I'm never disappointed! The Santee store employees are awesome, you just gotta catch them when they are not so busy.
