        On March 10, 2024, I took my 2021 Dodge Charger to Lavish Auto Spa for a complete cleaning due to white paint overspray provided by some very inconsiderate house painters. Due to the amount of spray that was deposited on the vehicle I was quite aware that this would be a time consuming and labor intensive job. I spoke with Adrian and he informed me that it would indeed take a lot of clay bar work to remove the overspray paint. Adrian was a very friendly, and after speaking with him for a short time, he gained my confidence. Therefore, I felt very comfortable leaving my car at the business over the weekend for him and his associate to work on. Adrian calculated that it would take about 8 hours to complete the job. I jokingly told Adrian that I would rather have a good job rather than a fast one. I received the car back within 2 days time, as promised, and the car was in spectacular show room condition. The cost of the job was reasonable considering all the clay bar work this job must have demanded. If anyone should have similar problem I have no reservations in recommending Adrian and staff to do the job.

        YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE, BE MINDFUL IF YOU COME HERE! My car worked fine before I dropped it off. What I thought was a great interior detail turned out to cause damage to my radio and audio functions. The radio screen did not turn on, volume dial does not work along with all the other buttons. The owner did not own up to damaging my vehicle nor did he care to follow up to see if it was fixed. To add, he did not make this situation right with a refund, discount, or anything. HORRIBLE businessman! TIP TO OWNER: have consumer sign a liability waiver. Also, check to make sure things work properly before you use whatever cleaning solutions you have.

      Hello, we’re sorry that you had this experience, we had never had anything like this ever happen before and we have always used the same procedures but we will definitely make sure it doesn’t happen again. In our defense we did take the time I to try to fix your radio, which no one knew if it worked or not prior to the interior detail which is an older vehicle that was in very bad conditions in the first place, our goal was to clean your interior as best as possible, which I believe we did reach. You left happy with the work, and came back saying the radio didn’t want to work, we did take procedures in our own hands, made sure there was no water or anything in your radio, we also checked all your fuses to make sure that wasn’t an issue, and we even reset your radio by removing your battery and re installing. We gave you our best advice, and you said you were going to take it to an auto shop to replace a fuse and if that didn’t work we told you to bring it back and we would try to go in further and take the radio out to see what we could do, regardless if this was our fault or not we defiantly did try to help your situation and offer solutions. You left and we never heard back from you again besides this bad review from you. Again we’re sorry for that experience you had and we will make sure to take extra steps so that no one tries to pull this again, as Our business takes pride on giving the best customer service possible and giving the best customer experience we can offer , going hand and hand with quality work.
