I called one night to find out if theyre still open or close because on the site it says they close @ 11pm and it was only 10:30pm then, the guy who answered was not a professional one, he answered the phone speaking spanish he said "bueno, que passa? and i was like " is this coco's?" and he said "yes" and i asked "are u guys still open?" and he said "no" and then i said "oh ok coz it says on the site that u closes @ 11pm and he said "no, we're closed" and then he hung up the phone. theyre not so polite and very unprofessional.

Food was not versatile. too expensive and if they run out of strawberry glaze they wont let you know and trick you. The cost of dessert is the cost of a meal itself and more than a whole pie.

My friend and I came in for breakfast and the entire experience was terrible. Our waitress must have forgotten we were there because it took a while before we could get our drink order in, much less place our food order. When we did get our food, I noticed a small black hair strand on my eggs, and since I have long blonde hair and my friend has red, we approached the waitress about it. She took the plate and assured us they would be remade fresh. Apparently that wasn't okay with the manager, because she came back over to our table with the plate that had the hair on the eggs and had us show her where the hair was because "I need to make sure it wasn't one of my cooks". First off, incredibly rude to bring back the plate that was just taken away. Second, to demand we show you the hair. Last, if your cooks had hairnets on, there would be no need for her to have asked us at all. I was so embarrassed that I instantly lost my appetite, and told them to not bother remaking the food. I couldn't believe we were treated so unprofessionally. In case any body needs a heads up about the manager, she was short, blonde-brown hair, older, with glasses.
