Had a follow up appointment for a Emergency Room visit for gallstones. My appointment was at 10:45am. Wasn't called back till 11:20am. Spoke to nurse took vitals. Nurse left and waited for Doctor. Time is now 12:30pm. I left because I found it ridiculous waiting that long to see any doctor. Horrible service. I have never seen any doctor at this clinic. Last year had a horrible cough not once did i see a doctor. They referred me to the urgent care in Rosamond. So sad to have a clinic and not be seen by your PCM.

Appointments are absolutely ridiculous, back offices rarely pick up phones. If you need prerequisites prior to surgery they won't send documents in time. Seek outside medical if you want an accurate diagnosis. ENSURE you let them know EXACTLY what labs are needed and then tell them again!!! TERRIBLE front desk workers for family practice! Team Edward's needs to get their stuff together! Complete disappointment to military and family members!!!

The lab, pharmacy, and radiology, work as well oiled machines. I have never been seen by a doctor just NP and PA’s and they have absolute no will to actually help their patient. Which I have no problem with being seen by NP’s or PA’s, but just need to provide decent care, maybe they are too swamped. I have found that I go in with an issues and they will order tests but if the tests come back clear then you are swept under the rug with the nothing solved. The OB/GYN’s and the pediatrician’s are really good from my experience, but PCM’s are pointless. You’d do best talking to homeless person about your symptoms, because it won’t go farther than that.

Went to my son's 15 month checkup today. They said they called me three times to reschedule his appointment, however I never received a phone call, and the right number was on file so its leading me to believe they lied about calling. Proceeded to wait 1 HOUR past his appointment time and then left because he never was seen. They then told my husband they couldn't see him and that it would be considered a "no show appointment" and we'd have to reschedule. NEVER HAVE I EVER received such horrible care from ANY medical facility. I'm literally just trying to make sure my son is receiving proper medical attention and I get blown off like it's not important. Now I have to wait for an appointment a month from now because they have no availability. The negligence that I dealt with today has completely blown my mind. I wish I knew how to file a complaint because this is just downright unprofessional and inappropriate.

I heard great things about the pediatricians on Edwards, but I had to wait over a month to get my newborn son in to be seen. Not the availability I desired. I changed to an off base provider immediately.
