        Great and helpful office staff. I totaled a car hitting a deer. Staff got me on the right track for a quick reimbursement.About 6 months later the replacement car was totaled when a tree fell on it. Again, the help I needed showed up right away; a people friendly insurance group.

        We have had good success with Allstate in Livermore for many years. We have not had any dealings with the current management. I am not happy with the large increases in premiums. I hope insurance rates stabilize soon!!!!
