I absolutely enjoy working for Ross Dress for Less. I must add we have great styles at a great price from Jewelry to shoes and kids home and everything else. However the theft across the county has been at an all time high and they make it difficult for associates to determine if a return is valid and or if it was stolen when they don't present a receipt. Our Ross store is friendly and we enjoy serving our customers who shop. We have great deals and in spite of the thefts we still provide quality items.

Ross is my #1 Store from a young teenager my mother shopped there for US her 6 kids to now ME a Proud Mother of 5. I buy everything from the kids clothing, cat to the lawn to the lake in my backyard and now granddaughter so I get to shop in newborn all ova again , BUT "1 PROBLEM" AS time went on years passed my Mother is Italian and she loves ROSS BUT IT BREAKS HEART that she has to sit in the Car bc Ross doesn't CATER TO THE DISABLED , and I'm deaf but, my mother walks with a cane now and she just can't, and I DREAD anything happens in the parking lot, so now it's like either leave mom home with who, or shop with her bc that's her livilyhood Ross needs Electric Scootors for Seniors and People with an have Disabilities.
