Worst and rudest employee I've ever dealt with. Ivania in loan resolution doesn't care about the customer. Literally lied to me on the phone and messed up alot of things. Close your accounts. Run away fron this company because they will take money from you without your consent from your checking. I am absolutely disgusted and will be dang sure to tell everyone I know how awful of a company this is

TRAIN WRECK - DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not work for this organization. There is no training, assistance or accountability from senior management. I took a role here and 2 weeks after I arrived, the only person who knew my role quit. No one else was qualified to train me. Each month direction and the process for the SAME task changed constantly. I was frequently set clock out at a certain time and literally 2 min before, I was summoned to do often hours more work for that day. The management looks down on you from the 2nd floor and doesn't talk to their staff for weeks. All of the training materials were 10 years old and out dated, they house information in 30 different places with different groups often not knowing what they are responsible for. This created alot if headaches when trying to accomplish the simplest task. This is a TERRIBLE place to work and bank. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. If you want to be judged, blamed and looked down upon this is the place for you. Other than that, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
