Operator was great. Also said they will call when the tech arrives which didn’t happen. Tech arrives off top was not interested in evaluating the problem just said it’s old need to upgrade go tank less. I was not happy with his attitude. Not a way to represent your company. Thank you for nothing.

Brandon & Gabriel came to our rescue, we had a water leak in our wall from a poly icemaker line. Needed to get homeowners insurance company to review the issues with the leak but needed to stop water 1st. Brandon recommended that we change the angle stop and eliminate the polyline from getting anymore water to stop the water flow for the time being, worked perfectly. Once we get insurance company approval to make all the necessary repairs we definitely will not hesitates to call Legacy Plumbing to make all the repairs to our homes plumbing issues. Thank you Brandon and Gabriel for the quick response, and not trying to gouge us with a hefty repair. Your honest and helpful solutions made a difference.

They have great quality service. Their work was done quickly and they had the best costumer service. Brenden responded on Sunday with great attitude. I recommend My Legacy Plumbing.
