Gave them a call at around 6:30 in the evening (expecting to have to make an appointment for the next day) and to my surprise they were able to get someone out to me that night! I was absolutely ecstatic at how flexible they were, as well as their commitment to provide timely service to their customers (especially locals )! My capacitor was replaced swiftly and my AC was back up and running in no time! I was very impressed and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs any AC/heating services in the future... A huge thank you to Anthony at Thomas Heating and Air. Our air conditioner stopped working and I called at 5:30 to the office after closing and Anthony picked up the phone and was at my house 2 hours later. Thomas Heating and Air has just made a new customer FOR LIFE. So my a.c. broke down on Sunday 9-11. I called desperately to ALOT of other companies that supposedly have 24 hour emergency service, I couldn't get ahold of one that would even schedule me for at least 2 days. I called Thomas and he was on his way back home from being out of town. He came over after getting back and didn't take long. He had my system up and running AND was able to install my new smart thermostat and do the set up. I was expecting a much higher bill being that it was the weekend on a Sunday evening. NOPE, he was extremely reasonable and I was surprised by how low the bill was. So needless to say, THIS company is my new go to HVAC company. He was knowledgeable and got the job done FAST. In no time my hvac system was up and running and cooling my hot house off. Can't say enough about this company. I was very grateful for his help and expertise.
