        Called about a week ahead to make a reservation for a party of four for the “boodle fight”. When we got there, they couldn’t find our reservation. An older male employee asked us, “Who did you make a reservation with?” The lady who I made the reservation with on the phone never mentioned her name nor did I ask her for it. Instead of trying to fit us in, he told us with a bad attitude, “You are supposed to know who you made the reservation with.” It seemed like he didn’t care that there was a mix up and that he didn’t want to provide customer service to us. He handled the situation very poorly. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
