Friendly staff but HIDDEN CHARGES AND LOW EFFICIENCY.
Long story short, I scheduled a preventative care here that covered by the insurance. The Magan Medical Clinic (currently Optum) still charges me $100+ in a bill.
I called the Clinic regarding the bill, and they said they will investigate the issue and reply to me within 7 business days. However, after multiple calls from me to the clinic, they replied TWO months after with a reason:
"Going over the lab result (which I did not asked for at all) will be charged for $100+..."
In the end, still paid the amount or else they will put the bill into a debt collector. Will probably never go there again with such nasty experiences...

Great staff and Doctor is very brief in your medical file when discussing your tests. Etc.
