I am happy to leave a rating of LOVED IT! (well as much as anyone can about the dentist) I have always been afraid of the dentist and put off going for many years. Dr Jackson and his staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr Jackson did great work and explained everything so well...and without the annoying guilt trip from my lack of visits. Their office worked with my insurance and didn't have me do unnecessary work! If you are too afraid to go to the dentist to to confiDental...they get it!

Best. Dentist. Ever. I am a "nervous nelly" when it comes to the dentist. I always hate it and think they are not being honest with the info i get back regarding treatments needed. NOT at Confidential, everything and I mean everything was explained to me and if I didn't understand something Dr. Jackson was very informative and went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything perfectly, he even used some hand drawings to make sure I understood what was needed. The other thing that I loved was that my pain level was always a priority to him and he made sure I was comfortable during all needed work. I have never had a crown put on and was shocked at the quality and feel of my permanent crown. It fits perfectly and I had/have ZERO discomfort. Thank you very much Dr. Jackson. I will definitely be coming back for all of my dental needs. Delete review

Dr. Jackson is AMAZING!! I have a 4 year old son that had never been to the dentist before and I was really nervous because I knew that he needed a bit of work done on his mouth and I wanted to go somewhere that the Dr. was going to be honest to me and gentle with my son. After reading some reviews, I decided to give Dr. confiDENTAL a try and I am so glad that I did! He has been absolutely FANTASTIC to work with and my son loves him too. It turns out that my son needs a few cavities to be filled and instead of trying to get it all done in one day, Dr. Jackson is spreading it all out so that my son isn't overwhelmed. He's been very good at calming my son down when he gets nervous about the needle and drill and makes him feel like a superhero! He's really good about distracting him and making sure that he's comfortable. I am definitely satisfied with my experience here and I'll continue coming back. If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr. Jackson is the guy!
