Classy Canine🐶

I had an appointment on march the 4th at 1pm and I got a phone call from Sharon ( I believe that's what she said her name was) stating that she would have to reschedule for Sunday at 1pm. Sunday comes along and I take my dog to get groomed. Before leaving I called and I got no answer. I thought maybe she's busy, upon arriving to her house I tried calling again, nothing! So I got off to knock and no answer at the door. This lady straight stood me up! I called her a few days later and she acted like I never called  or went to her house. She said she was waiting for me? And in the midst of the conversation she tells me she's busy and if she can return my phone call? Never returned my phone call. Don't waist your time with this lady.

I've scheduled with her several times, and Everytime she has cancelled the appointments. I have a business as well, and if I handled my business as poorly as she does, then I wouldn't have a business, and she shouldn't either. She is the Worst I have ever encountered. Delano needs more groomers, she is the only groomer in Delano, and her Business ethics are Pathetic! Delano please bring in the Professionals.
