    I just called front desk was good help ! But the techs !!! Nope so rude !! Telling me my dog who has a bump on his cheek is not an emergency ! Not wanting to evaluate it and check it ! No payment plans or nothing! How do they keep that place running?! Ill go to the SPCA !! Maybe those people actually really care about their job! . I work full time in the medical field! Can I just catch a break! #triggered

    We took our dog here. He was very ill. The vet diagnosed him with kennel cough and I took him home on antibiotics. He was getting worse so I took him back. Xrays were done and they showed aspiration pneumonia. They advised for him to stay the night but, it was an outrageously expensive. Took him home on antibiotics. The wait is extremely long. I would have appreciated explanation from the nurse before she took him in, of what the process was and for updates. I had to ask for updates. A simple text would have been fine. They are so busy there and I understand that. I wish I could have hospitalized him but it was just too much. The vet was much more concerned when I took him in the 2nd time. It wasn't kennel cough.

    The nurse, the one who checked in our dog and ran down all our options, is one of the best people out there. Extremely positive attitude made things easier. It was the worst kind of news for us, but, being told your beloved dog is dieing by someone that can handle emotional people and keep a positive note while discussing something as unpleasant as pricing options, was what really made the difference. The entire mood and vibe of the whole ordeal was set to such a positive tone by the staff, it was enough to get me to write a first review on goggle. Docter Tan was extremely pleasant as well while giving us our options, and was amazing with handling our larger dog. It's a ER so you hope you never have to go back but at least we know where to go from now on.

    5 stars for all the staff from bottom to top level. The corporation 2 stars. The corporation is money driven not compassionate about the care. Prices are outrageous. More than 2x of other places and it does not appear to be because they are reinvesting in the facility. We have a long record of using this facility years before they became a corporation and have always paid our bill rapidly if not in full immediately. They now won't allow you to put a few thousand down and make short term payment. Again it's not the staff. Their hands are tied. The corporation knows when you love your pet you'll get loans, sell car, borrow from friends and family, etc. Most people can't come up with $5,000 - $10,000 in an hour. Ours $7,000 minimum payment. They're the only 24 hour facility in the area that I know of. So for that reason, glad they are around.
