Eye Care Center Of Napa Valley

I read the reviews for both the Napa & St. Helena locations and boy was I nervous, but honestly the eye doctor that saw me made me feel comfortable and made sure I got all my questions answered didn't feel rush what's so ever. The lady at the front Gracie was so nice when I called over the phone to make my appointment and while at the doctors office, I appreciate that she made sure that I got the disposable glasses before I left after getting my eyes dilated I wasn't going to grab them but she made sure I knew that my eyes would be very sensitive. Their was also another lady who helped me I think she was new but she had great customer service! I wish I got the doctor's name.?**(I went to another eye doctor in napa prior to visiting this doctors office and let me tell you the other doctor made me feel rushed and didn't answer all my questions)**

I have been trying to get someone to follow up with me.  The person who is supposedly the supervisor doesn't even know how to access the system.  My son went to get contacts and gave us only one temp pair.  One month later I called to find out what happened to the 30 day supply they were supposed order and they said the onus was on us to contact the doctor for another follow up first?  This was not explained.  I asked if I can have a copy of the prescription and was told no it's not complete yet even though I paid $200 for the exam. They promised me the doctor would contact me she's only in one day a week on Thursdays. She did not call  today they're closed. I don't know what it takes to get somebody to actually proactively follow up with me give us our prescription so we can order contacts somewhere else!

overall, excellent service and a quality visit. thought the staff did excellent with impatient and entitled customers that made the exchange much more difficult than it needed to be - the staff handled it expertly. Highly recommend.

This is a review for the surgeon, Dr. Row. Dr. Row is meticulous, extremely detail oriented, thoughtful and patient. Seriously, what else could you ask for in an eye surgeon? I was impressed by the systematic way he handles scheduling and follow up leveraging the hospital to take care of things on site and relying on his scheduler for his office to take care of the rest. Dr. Row has an office in Saint Helena making it convenient for his patients to have the opportunity to see him in both locations. He does most surgeries at the Queen instead of St Helena Hospital, which was comforting.
