        office and maintenance staff is really nice and often know your names! they also give away cool prizes for events and renewals so that's cool too.

        There's not much sunlight in my room due to the bad design of the building! Also when it's rainy day, rain drops would actually flow from the stairs and the dirty water is going to fall all over onto your hair!!!
