Awesome team and great/low  rates.This rating was long over due and first of all sincere apologies for not writing this earlier.We're shopping for low mortgages for investment property in Feb of this year and reached out to  Steve. This was our first transaction with Steve.From the initial conversation until our loan was closed Steve and his team was really professional, awesome, fast and followed up with us and lender in timely manner.Also Big shout to Caitlyn, our loan processing assistant . Caitlyn is very professional, trustworthy, service with smile, guided us all along and never missed replying to our emails and follow ups.As a result our loans were closed on timely manner and zero surprises.We already recommend Steve to our friends.Hope to do business again...If you need a mortgage Steve and his team is the place to check out.

They offered a great rate and we were excited to work with Steven Booras and his team. Unfortunately, they did not ask for necessary documentation until the day the loan was supposed to close, ghosted us on our closing date, and we nearly lost the house due to their lack of care and communication. It would have been easy for Steve to just answer his phone and give us an update, rather than offering only radio silence as we and our agent tried to contact him for days, panicked that we would lose the house. We ended up closing 5 days late and it was a very stressful experience. I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars after Steve reached out to apologize for the experience. It was good to see him take some accountability. Overall, he had a great rate and did a good job in the first half of our escrow period, but caused us a ton of unnecessary stress when it came down to crunch time. I wish he had been more responsive.
