Called them to get an estimate. Arranged a mutually agreeable time, he texted last minute to reschedule. Non responsive on text so I called to reschedule. We did. Was a no show AGAIN. Cant do business with a business that keeps ditching you. Inexcusable.

Hired them a few months back to demo an old fountain and install a new flagstone patio.  Fast forward a few months and the whole patio needs to be redone.  This may have been the first flagstone patio they have installed but I did not ask for references (my bad).  They finally came back out after many attempts to reach them and said they would fix it.  After many unsuccessful attempts to reach them again I'm forced to write this negative review.  My guess is they realized how much work needed to be done to fix the entire patio and decided to not do it.  Please see attached photos, you can literally pull up the patio with your finger and it hasn't even rained yet.
