Should not be called QUICKship item showed 4 in stock and it would ship and I would get it in 3-4 business days. Called on Monday 7/19/21 after nothing for almost 2 weeks spoke to a guy (my fault not getting name) said it was on back order that's why it hadn't shipped, but that he had received it that day and would ship it out and I should have it today Friday the 23rd. Of course it's not here, so I call and speak to Jessica (who I was rude to and apologized since it wasn't her who lied to me) she says it still on back order and now It will be in until the 29th of July! Ridiculous!!!!! Had I known it was on back order I would not have wasted my time with this company!!

We've been saving money buying replacement toner and drum units from QuikshipToner for our office for more than a year now and the items we receive always last longer than expected. Our orders always arrive within 3 days sometimes sooner! Very much recommended.

ABOLUTELY THE WORST !!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!! Believe all the negative reviews. I wish that I had, as now I am out my money with a reconditioned part sold as new sitting on my desk that does not fit in my machine. They promised a refund then say they will only store credit...I will never do business with this company again. STUFF YOUR STORE CREDIT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE !!!!
