I used Prozone Clean for a severe smoke smell in a BMW i purchased. It was such a strong smell I was not sure it could be removed. It was a two day job but i picked up the car a month ago and waited to place my review in case there were any issues. I am happy to say the car is still completely smell FREE! Worth every $$ and super kind & professional.

With the help from Joachim my problem with a toxic smelling sofa was finally solved. He was just the best!!! Very professional, pleasent and helpful. I'd bought a brand new sofa which smelled badly of toxic fumes. I tried absolutely everything to get rid of the smell without any luck, but the ozone treatment removed all the toxic odors. I'm one happy costumer and would recommend PrOzone Cleane to anyone.

Joachim was very very professional. He got rid of the smell in my truck, which had been a rental and had a stale smell - one of those smells a lot of guys don't smell but people with very good olfactory senses, like my wife, do smell. It smells so fabulous now! Not perfumy, but new. It has been a week and I could not be happier. THANKS! - Mission Viejo resident
