A neighbor a couple houses down began having some major work done in preparation for their ADU. We're guessing some creatures were being kicked out lol. We panicked finding little roaches around the house as this was a first for us in the 15 years living here. And this is where Marc comes in!Marc is THE BEST. He is attentive and responsive. We had many questions before scheduling services and he had a clear answer every time. His quote was reasonable and he was able to book us within a week. He explained what we needed to do before and after services so that was all clear and helpful.Here's where his customer service really graced us-- my son caught RSV bad and Marc kindly accommodated our schedule. We had no clue when my son would start feeling better so it was nice that he remained as understanding and flexible with us. Then we had to reschedule another time because we couldn't leave our dogs out in the rain. Marc was super cool about the unpredictable changes and that made for such a positive experience with PTGT.Today was the last servicing... and the service itself seems to have done the trick since we aren't seeing anymore buddies. I will definitely update to confirm but all in all I would highly recommend Marc and PTGT if you have a pest situation!

Marc was very professional in every aspect and very direct with costs. Our family really appreciates his use of pet-friendly methods to catch the rodents he found in our basement and garage as we have 3 dogs and a cat. Definitely recommend his services!
