Billinger Painting came highly recommended, and they really exceeded our expectations. The price wound up being significantly less expensive than competing quotes (about 30% less!), and Chester was very accommodating with our requested changes to the work order. He patiently answered our questions, and provided unbiased advice when we weren't sure about options. Our building is very strict and requires we do everything by the book, but getting a COI from the Billinger team was no problem at all. The workers were polite, professional, and quiet as church mice. They did beautiful work, kept their tools/materials out of our way while they were working, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you would never know they were there.
