        It's a Taco Bell. For most things I don't think it's any better or worse than other Taco Bells; they are remarkably uniform. But I've found that the freezes here have consistently better texture than at other locations, not half melted. We have a couple theories on this. One is that this store just gets less business than other locations so the freeze machine has less work to do. The other is that being part of the mall provides a lot of extra ventilation to dissipate heat in the kitchen.
