We live in our house, which means we don't take our shoes off down at the front door. We carry morning coffee up and down the stairs. We eat in the dining room or living room depending on what's on Netflix. We have granddaughters galore. Gravity wins and the carpets suffer. Finding the best rug cleaner is like searching for the holy grail. We think we found it.
First of all, Greg answers his phone, he sets a date, shows up on time or a little early, takes a look, tells you it'll come out great and then sets about making it happen. And the carpets don't get soaked and don't take half a day to dry. The pricing is very fair and he even cleaned two area rugs with no extra charge. The carpets look amazing. No question about it, he's our guy. Thank you!
