Another great night for the family at BJ's. Very fun atmosphere and great staff. The manager Noor is super sweet and genuine. You can tell she really puts a lot into her work and cares about the customer experience.

Very suitable for gatherings on Saturday afternoons after lunch. The food is alright, but the venue is fantastic. And the servers are very friendly.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on 3/29 afternoon at 2pm. This place was too pricey and not clean. The food were not good enough to worth the price. Especially the utensils they provided were not cleaned properly. I could still see the food residue on my fork and burger iron plate (the residue was obviously a left over thing because my order didnt contain that ingredient ). For the service I just dont want to mention, because they started brushing me off when they saw other groups with more people coming in (I was only myself, one person). I dont usually post a negative comment to a restaurant because I usually give them a second chance, but this restaurant made me lose 5% credit card rewards because they didnt close the transaction at the end of day every day, so my transaction actually showed up on 4/1. My credit card rewards is seasonal changing so the date matters. I consumed $50+ on that day and I expected to get 3 dollars rewards but now I only get less than $1.. this is just too ridiculous and disappointed. I wont come again for sure.
