    This hotel is old. Everything is worn , dated just old. They are remodeling but everything needs remodeling. The lobby carpets are gross. The Kool Decking outside needs to be redone. Carpet in room should be replaced, room furniture is old with scratches and bed frame is creaking.

    This was one of the worst experiences. We stayed for one hour before leaving and I still have not been refunded. The place is being renovated, it should just be condemned. The one working elevator did not even go to the second floor unless you went to the third floor first. The stairwells looked like a scene from a horror movie. The spider I killed in my room was something I had never seen before. The heater did not work and the staff were useless. We also specifically asked for an accessibility room and it was not provided. There was also a 100lb mirror just propped up on the floor. Never stay here.

    Staff barged into my room TWICE. First time, it was in the afternoon and they knocked first. I was on my way to the door but they just opened the door with a master key. I barely caught them at the door and asked what this was about. They said they wanted to give a VIP service and brought a plate of some fruits. Second time was the next morning. When I checked in the day before, I requested for an extended check-out time of 12:30pm. But at 10:50am, someone tried to open the door again. I'm assuming it was housekeeping, but I had thankfully set the door stopper so they could not come in. I also had the "DO NOT DISTURB" on the door. So not only did they not communicate to housekeeping that I had the extended checkout time, but the housekeeping also did not bother to ignore the DO NOT DISTURB sign. The second incident is sure, understandable. But the first time, when they tried to come in with some plate of fruits, calling it a "VIP service" was very suspicious and shockingly disturbing. Never coming back to this place again.

Dear Ms. Peddada, Thank you for your feedback. Your reservation was booked through a 3rd party and was a regular room, not an accessible room. We were notified that your heater did not work and decided to leave the Hotel without allowing us to either change rooms and upgrade you and/or fix the issue. You left immediately. While we clean thoroughly, we are sorry to hear that a spider was found. We want to reassure you we will do everything possible to discourage the entrance of outside insects. Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. Regarding your refund, you booked through a 3rd party. If you do not contact them, we will be unable to assist.
