I rarely write a review on Yelp unless I really hate or really like something. Plus, I'm too lazy. But I feel like I should write something.I was recommended to Dr. Phan by a friend of mine who had her Lasik done here 3 years ago. Right now I'm 3 weeks post surgery and my vision has improved tremendously and is still getting better everyday. I was hesitating to do it due to the cost but after having it done I'm happy cuz I can say goodbye to those heavy glasses now yayJenny, the receptionist, gave me a lot of good advises about the procedures, price, discounts, how to take care, what to expect...always picks up the phone fast and answers my inquiries with cares. I feel like she's my big sister lolIn my opinion, Dr. Phan is a very gentle, caring, and knowledgeable surgeon. Everytime I feel discomfort in my eyes, I just come in or call in without prior appointments and they're happy to bring me in for a checkup. I feel like he really cares about me and not just about money. Overall I would recommend Dr.Phan for my friends. Honestly. Truly.

Doctor Phan is not only a good doctor but a great person. He made me feel relaxed during my LASIK eye surgery even tho I was very nervous at first. I love the results. I can see perfectly now!Everyone at the front is so friendly.I recommend him to anyone who need LASIK!! Five stars!

I decided to take the plunge into better vision with LASIK this year. From my first phone call to chat about starting the surgery process, I was treated with care, respect, and felt the staff had a genuine interest in my vision.On the day of, I was quite nervous when arrived, but the staff was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Phan walked me through the entire procedure as it was being performed. The procedure itself didn't hurt at all and so far I only have a little discomfort. I can see much better now and recovered fast with no complications. I contemplated having this done for many years...If you are 'on the fence', go for it. You won't regret it!

This office is very shady and I would highly advise any prospective LASIK patient to look else where. On my consultation I was informed that the office Gregory Huan Phan was joining a company and would no longer be an independent office. I investigated this further and if you google their address the results come up for this office and a different clinic called "IQ Laser Vision". I called IQ Laser Vision because the actions of Dr. Phan staff were bringing up a lot of red flags. Dr. Phan specifically stated that he would be under this company as a partner and be part of their network. The person at IQ Laser Vision specifically said that information is not true and that Dr. Phan was only allowed to do follow-up check-ups . Dr. Phan was not allowed to perform any Lasik procedure under the IQ Laser Vision brand. I decided to go further in my investigation and I found that he had a violation on his medical license; which you can find on the licensing board database. Upon discovering this information I contacted his office again to get some clarification. I was met with his staff calling me scared and telling me to not be a "scaredy cat". Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and went with someone else;.
