Had a positive and pleasant experience! Reached out to the clinic online, and Holly, the receptionist, responded promptly, setting up my appointment and a confirmation. Holly also assisted in clarifying my insurance coverage during my visit. Eileen, the Registered Dental Assistant, was exceptionally friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease during the X-rays! Dr. Sean Lin, the dentist, was fantastic. He provided valuable advice on the next steps with professionalism and insight, and his gentle and caring approach was reassuring. The entire visit was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Not sure I understand their billing policy. During my last visit, they charged me for cleaning. According to them, my insurance (delta dental PPO) covers only one cleaning each year (even though two cleanings every calendar year are supposed to be covered). To my surprise, they also submitted a claim for a similar amount and got paid in full according to the claim record.

Online reviews and an orthodontic assistant led me to Alpine, and they were right that every front desk assistant, hygienist, and dentist has been friendly, caring, informative, and professional during exams, cleanings, and fillings. I'm impressed and thankful.

I went in for a routine cleaning at Alpine dental. Dr. Wei and Eileen took care of me as a patient. During my cleaning, a sizable chip was found on a molar, which led to needing to replace an old filling of considerable size. Understanding that I didn't want come in another weekend to replace my filling, Dr. Wei & Eileen promptly got ready to replace my filling after my cleaning. They were amiable, swift, and detail orientated in their work. I also commend them for being patient with my mild fear of needles for the local anesthesia. I was in and out of the dental office in 1 hour. I put in a request to the receptionist to schedule my future cleanings with specifically Dr. Wei and Eileen. Thank you Alpine dental for the smooth experience!
