Professional and competent agent/broker. I was very impressed with Sandy’s experience and knowledge of the LA/CA real estate market! She knows what she is doing - I can personally attest to that! When I sold my Playa Vista condo, I could have never imagined that I would have been able to get the sale price that I did! She was friendly, informative and worked closely with me in all aspects of the sale, from the listing to the closing. My brother used Playa Marina Properties to purchase his first home. The seller lived out of area and the tenant was less than cooperative. Sandy worked tirelessly with the seller, buyer and mortgage company, communicating needs, listening to concerns and negotiating solutions. Escrow closed last Friday.
